There are certain games, like Uncharted 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Wafare 2 last year, that have shoo-in for Game of the Year written all over them. Just like the oscars. Did you know that The Fugitive was nominated for Best Picture in 1993? No, I bet you didn’t. Don’t get me wrong- it was and still is a very entertaining movie, but who thought for one second that it would beat Schindler’s fucking List? Come to think of it, that would’ve been a great title for a porn adaptation…

As the last games of 2010 trickle out in the final weeks before the Christmas shopping season begins, I’ve started thinking back to what came out during the year, so that I can at least give an honest answer to someone who might ask what I liked most. In case you’ve stumbled upon this site, or if you’re reading this after the zombie apocalypse has wiped out humanity and this is part of what was left of our once-thriving civilization, let me tell you about who I am/was. I am a video producer/editor with several passions in life which I narcissitically plan on embellishing on using the power of the internet. I work in the video game industry, DJ on the side, and occasionally enjoy watching a good movie.
